Our project was EU-funded and is called „ Media and Digital skills laboratory”.

To be qualified to the project students had to write a test in English✍️ participate in an interview which was done also in English 🗣️have good grades and some school achievements.

After an application proces a group of thirty students and three teachers went to Italy🇮🇹Our group consisted of students from sixth, seventh and eighth class🧑🏼‍🎓👨🏼‍🎓

In Italy they spent two amazing weeks. They were staying in a nice 4 star hotel in a small town Catollica. During those two weeks they were learning different usefull things in italian schools in Pesaro and Gradara🏫

They saw how drones work and what are they used for in topography. They worked with internet application Canva 🛜💻 and experienced traditional italian PE lesson.⚽️🤾‍♀️

What is more, together with italian friends they discussed many important topics like:

1️⃣ Similarities and differences between polish and italian educational system

2️⃣ stereotypes and how do we perceive each other

3️⃣ what Internet applications do we use in education in our countries

4️⃣ how can we be safe online

5️⃣ what are cyberbullying and phishing and how can we fight with them

During brainstorming with italian students our childern made many colorful posters. We also said a few words about our city and school to the Italian students and teachers.

Apart from learning during the week, our project group had a chance to explore italian culture, architecture and history due to sightseeing trips to Rimini, San Marino, Ravenna, Bolonia and Venice that were at the weekends. 🌊🏖️⛪️ They tasted delicious italian cusine, too.🍕🍝

This project gave all if us a huge opportunity to improve our language and digital skills. 💪Many of us gained more self confidence and became open to others. 🔥🔥We made new friends with italian students, enjoyed ourselves and created many beautiful memories.🙂♥️
